What began in 1987 as a small bakehouse by master baker Heinrich Goldbach has become a beloved neighborhood gathering place. Three generations of baking craftsmanship go into every one of our products. We use exclusively regional ingredients, mill our own flour, and bake according to traditional recipes — completely free of artificial additives.
